Can someone please tell me what this is??? I remember noticing it a few weeks after giving birth (csection).

Also what kind of doctor do I go to for this & to finally get rid of it????? Because it has never been this big that’s why I’ve ignored it for almost a YEAR.

I do have a upset stomach and have been running to the restroom constantly so maybe because of the number of times I’ve been wiping it got swollen/bigger?? Not sure but it has never hurt until now.
