How to get foundation to apply smoothly???

I’ve tried makeup a few times but it never came out good. Always dry and clumpy. All the peach fuzz on my face would show a bunch too. Do you guys shave ur peach fuzz off or something? Like Instagram makeup pages never have this problem. What the heck is the secret 😂😂

Sometimes you just gotta try different foundations. I find that when I use a beauty blender it looks a lot smoother than applying with a brush. Moisturize and prime beforehand. I've heard of people shaving their face but I'd be way too afraid of the 'peach fuzz' growing back longer and darker lol

I have dry flaky skin and the best method for me is to moisturize after I shower, use a thick poreless primer and then dab my foundation with a wet beauty blender. Start with a little foundation and build up otherwise it will look cakey.
