My wife calls our son the wrong gender and it pisses me off

I'm so annoyed My wife always calls our son a female by using the terms she when referring to him or she call his private parents "a Virginia" and I get so pissed off... this is our first child and at first she wanted a girl but we got blessed with a beautiful son and she says she loves him n I feel like if she did why does she slip out n calls him the wrong gender on a daily basis then get upset at me when I react in a negative way

How would you handle the situation?

Am I wrong for getting mad?

My son is 2 months old

She makes jokes about putting mascara on him because he has long eyelashes
