Did anyone have have better luck with smu then fmu?

I just feel like sometimes my urine is too diluted with fmu because I typically drink a glass of water of 2 before bed. I'm just curious is anyone had better luck with that?

Answer

I always try to wait two hours before peeing. Stop all liquids for two hours. I also drink lots of water during the night. I wake up 7:30am and drink whatever water I have and wait until 10am to pee.
