Help me ...
I am 6 weeks pregnant but no symptoms yet i have 2 babies .. that time i feel breast tenderness and pain but this time nothing happen even nausea and vomit nothing .. only dry lips my heart beat is also normal .. i visit dr but she said relax eat more healthy .. but i dont know why i am worried .. its not happen with me before .. please guys help me
