Cramps at 19 weeks

I had painful cramps yesterday. No bleeding, no discharge. Went to hospital, and they said it was contractions and gave me meds. Feeling better now but i was sent to rest in bed

Just feel so bad and guilty because ive been under a lot of stress lately, im finishing my thesis and past weeks were hell. I feel bad cause i think i harmed the baby with my stress and i love him so much, i dont want anything bad happen to him.. and it is like i was feeling happy to reach “safe zona of secomd thrimester and then this happens...

Has anyone gone trough similar 😕?
