Hello everyone! Licensed cosmetologist here! Hi baby girl who made this post. That’s a very gold dark blonde. Probably a level 5/6. I would say please do not put teal over this, or anything with a green tonality to it because the hair is too orange (brassy) and it WILL NOT turn out into the color you think it will, to put it simply. You can certainly lighten (bleach) the hair to reach a higher level, preferable a 9 for teal but 10 would be the best and apply teal. At the end of the day however you will be most please going through a professional to have this done properly to make sure your hair stays healthy. Best of luck baby! ❤️❤️❤️

If you put blue on top it’s gonna turn green. Lighten it to a pale yellow then you have unlimited options
