I've been ttc for 21 months now. We do all the 'right' things. Dont smoke, drink, drugs, live a super active lifestyle, eat our own homegrown beef, eggs, chicken, garden produce and raw milk. Eat next to no processed foods. I had a miscarriage in june, and feel now my body should get with it, so ordered some maca powder powder capsules. Some that are to encourage healthier sperm and mobility for my husband, and then some for me, ordered more folate and cod liver oil for both of us
Any suggestions !!!
