How would you know if you have a kidney infection? Symptoms?

Answer

Pain, fever, some get nausea and vomiting. I get extra irritable from the pain. 
I get a lot of kidney infections without bladder infections so it’s not always easy to tell when I have one. But if you suspect you have one please go to the doctor. This shit gets bad fast. I’m talking hallucinations, pain that makes you wish you were dead, expensive hospital bills, blood poisoning which can lead to kidney failure bad. It’s best to go as soon as you “think” you have one.
