Yes! I keep going back & forth between being slightly hungry, & then I try & think of something to eat, & then my appetite is gone... So frustrating..

I’ll eat 2 meals per day and very little snacking. During the week, I mostly miss dinner or eat VERY little and on weekends, I miss lunch and snack on something salty to keep the nausea away. I’ve noticed I usually always eat breakfast but I’m even noticing that I’m not really hungry and have to make myself eat. So glad I’m not alone!!!

Yes! My stomach is empty and hungry but my brain is like, nah you’re good. It doesn’t help when everything smells so intense. 😫

Yes nothing sounds good at all but I’ve found if I force myself to start taking bites of something it’s not so bad.

YES! All meat turn me off including fish :( I tried eating fish yesterday and a hour later my head was down a toilet spewing it all out. The worst!

Yes! The nausea definitely set in mid 7th week! Can’t wait for this trimester to be over!
