Flank pain

I was driving on a road trip and got flank pain ended up in ER thinking I was having liver problems becuz it’s in that exact area but it was pulling and stretching due to driving so long I was in so much pain I threw up blood seriously thought I was dying. I’m 20 weeks if ur upper back hurts by ur ribs then it’s not ur liver u r ok! After switching sides the other side hurt too. Also liver enzymes and kydneys creatinine are abnormal since u r prego so it will through u off.
