Early ultrasound at 4 weeks this is  my endometrium and I think we conceived because of that little white spot inside of my endo

How do you get an U/S so early?!? My drs said not to come in until 8 or 9 wks. I know of places that wont even do an ultrasound until 12 or 16wks!

So you know you’ve conceived because a positive test, and 4 weeks is too early to really see anything so what’s the question here? Lol

There isn't a gestational sac on that pic. What would be there is a dark circle surrounded by white ..the dark circle is the gestational sac. It's not on that pic
Now, that doesn't mean you're not pregnant, it just means it's not detected on the ultrasound as yet. What cd are you?

What did the tech tell you. It’s to early to know much. Did you get a positive test already
