Anyone else here that has Scoliosis and wants to shine some light on this?

So I have scoliosis, today after I got to work I got this sharp stabbing pain in my right lower back (which is where I usually have back pain). Has anyone else got this? Could it be a pulled muscle or from how I slept? The pain comes and goes. I won’t have it for like an hour or two then it comes and goes for about a minute or two then stops.
