To grease or not to grease?
A minor controversy, but an ongoing one in our house. Bacon. When cooking it, do you grease the pan or not? My husband puts olive oil in the pan. I say bacon is, by its very nature, self-greasing. Also, adding additional, non-bacon grease to the pan ruins the bacon grease for any other purpose, such as making gravy.
