Could it be your period being early? Looks like it’s due in a few days? maybe your cycle has reset quickly after the MC xx

I was literally in the exact same situation as you (MC sept 26) and had pink discharge about a week ago... thought it was implantation bleeding but ended up being a plain ol period. 
Maybe wait a couple days and see what happens- if it stops or doesn’t develop, test!

It does sound like your period is returning. I miscarried the same day and got my period back 2 days ago and it started out with brown and pink spotting.
