So guys am I the only one who masturbates, but then like 10 minutes later feel guilty about it? Also I am the only one who can only climax in the shower and do you know why that happens

Aw, well when I was a teenager I was really religious, and yes I felt extremely bad about masterbating... so, I only did it like 3 times despite my ridiculously strong sex drive then...
I didn't orgasm till I was 18! After, I asked God if masterbating was ok for me, and I felt like it actually was.
Anyway, there is absolutely no reason to feel bad for masturbating. It's healthy both physically & psychologically. It is GREAT for your future sex life, because you get to know and be comfortable with your body and sex.
I have explored my sexuality pretty freely for the last 11 yrs, and it has been very good for me. I'm extremely glad I did, and I'm finally in a good relationship where I can experience comfortable and free sexual expression.
Screw guilt. Sex is one of the most beautiful things in life. Sex connects people on such a deep intimate level.
Throw that guilt away, darling, and embrace comfortable sexual expression, because it is a deeply beautiful thing that many people are left quite hungry for in relationships or otherwise. 
Enjoy your sex life with you. And if you want a partner later, you'll have trained for that experience and it will be better for both ppl.
About the shower, i think the heat may help sometimes? The first time I felt really good touching myself was in the bathtub. 
I had to learn to orgasm, outside of the bath, and it did take me a while to figure out how to get myself there.
