Ladies who had d&c and got pregnant same cycle (no af) did u track your ovulation or just dtd at random days?

At 15days post d&c my hcg is 6 
Hopefully my af will show soon or 🤞 for something since we've been BD last week and this week 🙏🙏 (wishful thinking)

Had a cycle 5 weeks post d&c and got pregnant that next cycle.

I had a d&c 8/24, had some very heavy 3 day bleeding 2 weeks and 2 days was unsure cause everything I read said your period wouldn’t come  that soon but started tracking for ovulation and got a positive pregnancy test 10/4. You have to be sure your hcg level is back down for ovulation strips to be accurate. Currently 6 weeks 5 days and praying every night that this is our rainbow!

2 months to get AF then 10 months 😫
