Uterine septum

Hi. The other day I had my ultrasound and my RE saw that I have a possible uterine septum, or it may be scar tissue from the one d&c I had to have. I was just wondering if anyone one on here has had to have the surgery to correct this and if your insurance didn't cover it, how much was the procedure? Thank y'all.
