My husband and I are at an impass!Every gender specific baby shower I go to, 75% of gifts are clothes that the baby will wear a few times then grow out of quickly. I have 3 reasons for not wanting to know the gender:

1 we will be able to reuse gender neutral clothes for littles that come along later.

2 we will get more giftcards/useable items for a baby....not all clothes.

3 there are SO few surprises in life, I want to be surprised at delivery.

Husband is a planner and just likes to "be prepared" lol. I love him for it but surely there have to be some surprises in life. I have always thought it was cool not to find out the gender since I was a kid and found out my parents did the same thing with me.
