Have you tried vitex/chasteberry?

I heard that vitex/chasteberry can regulate your period. I watched a girl on YouTube who took it and got pregnant on the second cycle. I’m thinking about doing it but wanted to see if it helped at all with your periods and such?

I took Vitex for 6 months and it didn't help at all. I stopped that for a couple weeks, then I saw a post about having 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon every day, did that and got pregnant about a month later!

So I just started taking it a month ago. I went 108  days without a period. I missed a few days taking it but I eventually got it on the 24th. I’m not completely sure if it helped or if my body just decided it was time for me to finally have a cycle, but I’m going to continue taking it and see what happens and just hope for the best.

I tried it and didn’t have a period the entire 6 months I took it for. I also gained about 30 pounds (unfortunately weight gain is a side effect for some of us). I later read that you shouldn’t take it if you have PCOS. Not sure if your irregularity is due to PCOS or not, but just thought I’d share.
