Falling

I’m kind of freaking out but kind of have a peace about it. Weird I know but my dog ran into me last night as I’m fast paced walking down a gravel downward slant and I fell forward. It happened so fast I don’t know if I fell on my belly. Only one of my legs is scraped and bruised up so I’m thinking I landed on my side anyways I don’t know if I should go into the ER or just wait to call my dr in the morning. Of course it would have to happen on a Saturday night. I’m 16 weeks 5 days and I feel fine in that area. No cramping, bleeding, or pain. Suggestions or opinions welcome.
