Posting anonymously cause I’m absolutely mortified 😂😂😭

Anyway I’m 36 weeks today and noticed my bum felt a little sore, took a mirror to it and I’ve self diagnosed hemmorhoids 😂

Genuinely didn’t think I’d get them in pregnancy, the absolute joys, my body is stretched to bits, nipples are massive, boobs are massive and now this 🙃

I have the doctor tomorrow so will probably mention it but does anyone have any experience with them? Is there any cream I can buy? Will they disappear? Is this my bum hole forever now?
