How do you get a baby to let another person take care pf them?

My little one is 3 months old before I moved I worked but since I've moved I've been with him every day cause I won't put him in day care and my husband agrees with me so my husband works well my little one will let his dad bath him but nothing else and if I leave to go do anything he cries even if it is my mother in law or my husband and I dont know how to get him to quit doing that is there any advice or any method that would work?

You have to just face it head on. Let him know that crying doesn’t get him what he wants all the time. I know it’s hard I really do. My youngest was the same, still to this day (15 months old) she’s a nightmare and I can’t leave her. I messed up by giving into her all the time. Now I’m pregnant again and I’m going to have to give her some tough love because there’s no way I can have her like this when the new baby comes. Stay strong and put your foot down

I was looking after my partners niece once a week. She was 9 months and I looked after her for months and months. All she use to do was scream and cry   was never a normal cry. She wasn't hungry , wet, tired, in pain... Nothing. Just if you put her down on the floor that was it, you put her in the pram, in the car seat.... anything but lifted her she would squeal. It came to 2 weeks ago and I'm 23 weeks at this point.. I just told the mummy I couldn't take her any more, I just said I was getting further along and more tired. Reality is I can't be listening to her squeal her head off. I know babies cry but not like that. I had her over night once as well and she screamed all night to the point I had the parents come at 7am for her because my neighbours complained
