Is it normal to vacuum the house every day?

Do you ladies think it is normal to have to vacuum the house daily, particularly when you have children?
I do it daily and my partner told me I’m a nutcase for doing it (yet also complains when there’s crumbs etc on the floor)

and I have 3 dogs and 3 cats plus a 4 year old, so it’s best to. I usually just do all the bedrooms every day and then the living rooms once every other day.

i think sweeping yes and cleaning crumbs yes but as for the entire house, no. but i understand how could you leave food on the floor it would drive me insane

I don't vacuum everyday 🤷 I vacuum when it's dirty or once a week. I don't think it's a bad thing to vacuum everyday, it's just not necessary for our house I guess. We have a 2 year old, no pets and a baby due in December 😊

I vacuum my living room every day because I have a toddler and there’s daily crumbs, dry play dough and life all over it. I’ll go crazy if I even let one day pass of not vacuuming it. I splurged and got myself a sweet cordless vacuum just for that. Makes life a little easier.

I wish I had this willpower, I truly do. We have an Aussie mix and should vacuum as she sheds like a mother but my willpower sucks. I vacuum at least once a week and that’s what I’ve got in me! Power to you girl.

We have two dogs, a cat and a toddler. Vacuuming isn’t an option it’s just something that has to get done daily. Although I don’t stress if I’ve missed a day, on other days it might get vacuumed twice.

With my husky and 3 yr old I really should vacuum daily, but it doesn't always work that way. There's nothing wrong with it though. Lol
