How long have you been a witch?

I’m a new witch, and I’m just curious how long others have been practicing.

I’ve always believed I was a witch since I was little. I would write spells and make potions when I was 9-13 years old.
But you’re told that magic isn’t real and witches are make believe... so I was forced to “grow up.”
It wasn’t until last year when I was 27, that I kept having this image of myself as a witch, as a powerful, strong woman who could be whoever she believed she could be.
I think, deep down, I’ve always believed in magic and that I was a witch.
I’ve just started doing research and readings and learning more about witchcraft.
The more I learn and try, the more connected to myself and the world I become! I feel much more authentic now!
I’d love to find more women like you, who are new to their journey!

Since I was little I loved playing around with energy and believed magic Was everywhere and in everything.  I collected crystals from a very young age and talked to spirits and went through a stage ware I used to spirit draw as a child. I didn’t understand it then.  I went through a stage in teen age years of blocking it all off (due to trauma I was going through in my life at the time ). But over the last few years Iv opened myself up again and slowly going back to what I loved doing and believed in as a child 💖😍
