So I'm 38+3, I've been having to go number 2 a lot the last several days and have felt generally sick. I got up to use the restroom and this is what was on the tp. I'm now cramping pretty hard, have insane heart burn and my lower back hurts. Is this a piece of my mucous plug? Should I call L&D? Should I do anything? My next app with my OB isn't until Thursday.
