(Sorry if this is the wrong group) Please read and give me some advice!! I went to my HR at work on this girl on Friday, she trained me when I first started back in Jan, but then she left on Maternity leave, ever since she came back in, I think July, shes been making up things or being mean/rude about me and another coworker, to our other co Worker (who is kind of our "shift lead" and I also talk to her all the time), she tells her in Spanish so I or someone else dont understand what shes saying, but the shift lead tells me all of this, its annoying, it didnt really hurt my feelings, it's stupid. I was talking to my friend that I knew from previous work who got me this job, it was something about her and she said I should really go to my HR who was sitting close to where we were so I felt like I had to and now I regret doing it. She wasn't threatening me. I don't want anything to come back to me. It'll seem like the shift lead went cause she can speak and understand Spanish as well as English. My mom said to just go to work, do my job and try to ignore them. It's a small mom and pop kind of shop.
