Train my needy cat

Is there any way to train a cat to calm down a bit and be less needy?

My cat is 11 weeks old, and I know shes only young so shes needy, but it's a bit much, if I'm in a different room as her she will meow at the door until I let her in. I cant sleep with her in the same room as me because she plays with everything and it wakes me up, or she'll jump on me all night. So she meows at the door all night until my boyfriend goes to sleep on the couch to keep her company. Even when I get a shower, she'll sit on the side of the tub in between the 2 shower curtains and watch me through the clear one. That's how needy she is.

She's starting to get a little mean too, she bites a lot when she's in a playful mood, and she scratches too, I have a 2 year old daughter who I obviously dont want to get hurt. Sometimes she just jumps up and starts biting your hand because she wants to play. I dont know where this came from, because when we first got her she wasnt like this, she was more calm, and played in normal non hurtful ways.

Anyone know how to help train my cat?
