My entire pregnancy I’ve been super constipated and now I’m 33 weeks and I’ll poop like 3-4 times a day does that mean anything?? I’ve heard when the baby is getting ready to come everything loosens up. Is this true?

Nah it happened to me aswell. Baby could be leaning on your bowel.

I was crazy constipated for my entire first pregnancy, then during the labour/birth I emptied right out! Could be that, but that was like constant - couldn’t get off the toilet. This early and only a few times a day, it’s more likely the baby is just pushing on your bowel.

Frequent pooping also is a sign chronic constipation
