Getting cut off in parking lots

Normally it wouldn’t bother me but I had things to buy yesterday and have been getting destroyed by sciatica we waited patiently for this spot without blocking anyone and then some lady whips around us to take it. My boyfriend was super upset for me and wanted to scream at her especially since while we drove around in circles she sat in her car on her phone for 15 minutes and I get it as was I because of just being pained walking. Anyone feeling the burn right now trying to commit to daily tasks? I’m sick of every movement being so hard. Can December get here already!?
