Contractions?

Okay so this is my 3rd pregnancy. I never had Braxton Hicks with my previous ones, and had to be induced. So I honestly don’t know what it feels like to go into labor naturally. I’ve been having Braxton Hicks for about 3 weeks and daily. However today they are much more painful, about every 6 minutes, and have been going on a little over 2 hours now. I drink over 100 ounces of water a day, so I know I’m not dehydrated. Is this something I should call about?
