Early ultrasound, gestational sac size?
Hi there.
Before I get a bunch of “why an ultrasound so early” here is the backstory.
I miscarried about 2 months ago- I went in today for an ultrasound and there was only a gestational sac measuring 11mm which “corresponds to a gestational age of 5 weeks 1 day” so it was totally normal to me not to see a fetal pole or HB but being that this is my second pregnancy, I googled the size and that seems kind of big for 5 weeks 1 day? I see a lot of “8mm” or like “.67cm” or numbers like that.
Has anyone else gotten an early ultrasound and have a sac measuring the same? I see that a big sac and nothing in it can be bad as well.
What are your sac measuring, or what did they measure at 5 weeks? Could I be 5 weeks and a couple days?
