how to know if I finished??

So I recently had sex and I THINK I finished but I’m not too sure. I’ve never finished or had an orgasm before so I don’t know how it feels. I understand it’s different for everyone, but what are some definite signs, if any?

So I was on top doing my thang and it felt amazingggg and i later felt super warm down there like inside me and it got suuuperrr wet. No protection was used btw soo idk if it was his or mine.
