Is it possible to ovulate and NOT have a rise in temp?

I had all the signs and symptoms of ovulation on CD 28. I felt tugging and pinching on my left side in the evening. I had a lot of CM and had a few LH strips that were positive a few days in a row. Only problem is - my temp hasn’t risen and I haven’t had a positive LH strip since.

If I wasn’t tracking bbt I would have put money on it that I did ovulate. I have pcos so my temps are always rocky but last month I did have a rise in temp after I ovulated. Last month I ovulated on CD 32 so O’ing on CD 28 this month isn’t a stretch.
