Nausea for 2 weeks?

I’m so fed up. I’ve been sick for 2 weeks. I got a positive preg test but my doctor says I’m not. I’m also having cramping. I seem to be having issues every month since highschool with cramping before and after my period. My old Obgyn refused to check for cervical cancer or to check if I have endometriosis. (Cervical cancer runs in my family) Well I went to the doctor for everything yesterday and she gave me zofran 4mg (doesn’t work) and a acid reflux pill (Idk why, I haven’t had acid reflux since I was a newborn) my senior year I had paralyzed intestines. I can’t help but think maybe my hormones are messed up and maybe I’m not pregnant but something is wrong and my hormones made me have a positive test. I am so confused and I’m losing hope. This is my second day off of work because I can’t work. If any of you have been through this or have any advise... pleaseeee help! I’m adding all of my FALSE POSITIVES from the past months and my positive (I hope is real) from this month!
