Positive - what we did this time

Abby • Baby number one is here. Now patiently waiting to try for number 2. It’s all in your hands Lord.

Hey beauties,

I know we’re supposed to announce our positives in other groups. But I don’t like the idea of just jumping to other groups and leaving groups behind. I wanted to let you guys know what worked for us this time around because it’s important to help others when you’ve reached your goal. I realize we have to wait two more months to be in the clear, but I can’t go that long without interacting with you guys. Here goes:

August - We started trying and only used the app. Got a negative.

September - We learned more about our bodies, the process of trying to get pregnant and ovulation. Decided to incorporate one a day his and hers prenatals. Got bad diarrhea one week after ovulation. I asked questions about it on here and a few women said it led to a miscarriage. We got pregnant and it turned out to be a chemical. My lines were faint one day then a little darker the next, then started getting even fainter as the days went by. I had terrible symptoms. Lightheaded, headaches, body aches, felt like I was bad fog. Felt like 100 percent crap. My period was about two days late. Went to the doctor and they took a urine test, it was a faint positive. I got my period later that day. Doctor scheduled me for two blood tests two days apart and they were both negative...

This month - we used the same prenatals from last month along with liquid geritol, pink stork fertility tea, and pre seed. I took the geritol and vitamins twelve hours apart. I hear you’re not supposed to take both at the same time but everyone is different so please consult with your doctor. I stopped the gertitol when my lines started getting darker. Anyhoo, about 9 dpo I couldn’t wait and took a test and it was a faint positive. I had already scheduled a prenatal appointment for last months pregnancy this month and decided to go so that I could get to know my doctor. I took a urine test and it was negative. I took the blood test and it was positive! She told me To come back in a week to check my hcg levels so I’m going back Thursday. I was having some light cramps so she did a pelvic exam and I was ok. This time around my symptoms were light cramps on my left side and and medium backaches - everyday. I asked about this and many women said it was normal due to my body changing.

I can’t wait to go back Thursday and see my

Levels. My lines have been getting darker every day and because of what happened last month, I can’t stop testing daily. Again I know until you pass the first trimester you won’t be in the clear, but I’m choosing to have faith that this baby will stick. Seeing the dark lines and the word “pregnant” makes me happy. Thanks for reading ladies ❤️ FYI Never be afraid to send someone a message request if you want some guidance and support ;)
