How sore is sore ?

I'm 7 dpo I started getting sore boobs yesterday but today they have if possible even more sore. I usually get sore boobs as a sign af is on her way but not like this,I don't even have to touch them them and they hurt. How sore would they be if it was a sign of pregnancy ?

They hurt SO bad. Like you cannot wear a bra bad.

For me it wasnt so much my breats but more my nipples. I've never had tender nipples my whole life until I was pregnant

I felt like I was getting shockwaves from my breasts to nipples. It would be pretty intense.
