That is the blood pumping to your placenta. It’s too early to pick it up on the Doppler. Not impossible but definitely very hard to pick up.

At 7 weeks and 5 days it is super hard to hear the heartbeat through a fetal doppler. With an ultrasound it is possible, although many doctors won’t allow it due to the waves being way too strong for the baby’s heart. I completely understand why you’re paranoid, but no worries! You and baby will be in my prayers 🙏🏼

With that said I was closely monitored by the docter from week 4 of pregnancy  and we actually saw the initial heartbeat start at 110 at 4 weeks 6 days on a vaginal ultrasound but didn't hear it just saw and was giving a number

It's possible but hard to pickup , we did receive ours via docter thru a fetal doppler at 5w5d it was 128 
After doc showed us how to find it we have been able to find it all the time now . 
At 7w6d it was 168 via abdominal ultrasound
