I’m adding fiancé las name to mine, do I have to still change all my documents (license, passport, bills, work info, social security card, car titles, rent contract, etc)

Current name example: Lupe Alejandra Gómez

Married Name example: Lupe Alejandra Gómez de Ortega

Would I need to change all those documents listed above or not since I’m still keeping my last name as my first last name and adding his as a second last name?
