I am currently 10weeks and 4 days pp, i got the depo shot on September 28 at my 6 week checkup. Before i got pregnant i never had a period on the shot but on the 28th of this month i started spotting a little and today it was a full on flow. I was laying in bed and felt something rushing out and assumed it was a big gush of blood so i rushed to the bathroom and this is what i found....

At birth i don’t remember if i ever lost a mucus plug could this be that my cousin said it looks like i had gotten pregnant again and just miscarried but i dont think so. Please help.

Edit: I did have sex once before the shot
