Any recommendations for this? I’m starting this a little late for my little one and it’s not going so hot, as to be expected. I have been rocking, bouncing and nursing her to sleep since day one and I’ve really got myself stuck. I’m a SAHM and this is my first. I will definitely do things differently with my next but as we approach the 4 month regression, I’m getting anxious that she won’t be able to put herself to sleep without my assistance (which has been the case for the past 4 months). I’m exhausted. It’s a constant around the clock dilemma. Any suggestions? I still believe she is too young for CIO (I’m not opposed but she’s still too young).
