Need some advice..

Okay, I got my IUD taken out oct 19th bled for about 2 1/2 days, had sex and is trying to conceive so no protection or anything. Last night was a lil crampy nothing too be aware of really, this morning, I’ve been peeing like crazy, waiting for my package, I go to shower start to shave my lady bits. And notice a little bit of red blood on my razor. I get outve the shower and it’s super light .. my normal periods I do not bleed in the shower. (I went pee before I got in, when I got out checked my undies AND NO BLOOD) COULD THIS BE IT?
