Telling parents I’m pregnant through text....

It’s time I need to tell my parents I’m pregnant. The guilt is eating me up inside. They will be disappointed. I know I won’t be able to do it in person, my anxiety won’t let me. I KNOW text is a bad way to do it but I just need to get it over with. Please no judgement on my decision to tell them through text, I have already made my decision and it will be the best way for me to get my words across. Help me type a message. I’m 23, been with my boyfriend for 7 years and living together for 1 year. My parents are divorced and they hardly speak. I’m so scared of what they will say....
