ANYONE WITH PCOS PLEASE HELP

So I haven’t gotten a period in about three months. However, a week ago I started spotting and figured it was time. But I have spotted light to medium on and off for about 6 days now. No heavy bleeding and no clots. Light pink in color. I have cramps and one day had a sharp pain in my left side. Could this be an eptopic pregnancy or something else? I’m really worried.
