Just wondering if anyone has ever had really early pregnancy symptoms?

Not sure if I’m just over thinking things but It was my fertile week last week so we had sex 3 times on separate days and it’s almost a week ago now and I have broke out in spots, keep having vivid dreams, urinating more frequently and really tired. Could this be a sign or is it way too early to tell? Thank you 😊
