How much baby food (solids) at 6 months?

Question

For those who were given the “OK” to start solids for your 4 month old... now that your child is 6 months, how much is he eating a day? Fruits/veggies

Answer

We typically have breakfast & dinner. 
Breakfast is a yogurt or banana & peanut butter toast 
Dinner - whatever we have & however much she wants really. No set amount.

My son was eating a whole tiny jar of beechnuts (he hates gerber food) at a time. So I think 2oz jar, lol.. But only one type of food per week. And did it like 3 times in the week...I gave him veggies first. So I gave him a veggies jar Monday, then not until Thursday and then maybe Sunday. To see if he had any reactions. Then I changed to another one each week
