Ranitidine Zantac dose amount

I’m thinking it might be time to have my little guys Zantac dose amount increased...he’s been on .75 ml twice a day for about a month now. He’s 13 pounds, does anyone have a little one around 13lb that is also on Zantac, if so what is their dose?
