Strange question but has anyone fallen pregnant from the pull out method?

My partner and I have decided to start TTC. I have endometriosis and pcos and had a laparoscopy to remove endo in April. I had an IUD inserted at the time of the surgery but had it removed a couple of months later because it was causing my pain. We have just been using pullout method since and have always done it correctly.

We are now going to TTC but my period is currently a couple of days late (not that they are very consistent anyway) and I have been uncharacteristically moody the past couple of weeks. Starting to think (hope) I’m already pregnant, but I know this is unlikely with endo, pcos and pull out method. It’s just that I also know we are more fertile after a laparoscopy.

Had a BFN a couple of days ago but not FMU.

Am I being completely silly?
