When is the appropriate time to take a ovulation test for the best results ??

Everything I have read says not to test with your first urine of the day but that testing between 10am-8pm is best. I generally try and test between 6pm-8pm.

Go by the directions but mine were adamant that they couldn't be taken with fmu and afternoon was best.

I bought a digital and it advised based on how long your cycle was when to test and always with first morning urine per the instructions. Best of luck !!!
