As in will it make you more fertile.. to the OP no BUT it will prepare your body by having a boost in those extra vitamins. I continued taking mine until my youngest turned 1.

they dont help you get pregnant but it's good to take them before ttc because it will give your body time to build up your vitamins. Also it's a good idea for women who might get pregnant to take folic acid, it helps prevent some birth defects
